Former Yobe governor, Abba Ibrahim dies in Saudi Arabia

Former Yobe governor, Bukar Abba Ibrahim has died.    According to reports, the former governor died on Sunday, February 4, in Saudi Arabia after a protracted illness.   Late Ibrahim served as governor of Yobe State from 29 May 1999 to 29 May 2007. He also served as a senator for two terms representing the Yobe East Senatorial District.   Bukar Abba Ibrahim was born in 1949 in Goniri, Gujba in the old Borno state.   May his soul rest

Yar’adua’s son, Ibrahim takes daughter of former Immigration boss as second wife
