A man who spent 16 years in jail for the rape of award-winning author Alice Sebold has been exonerated after a producer working on a film of the writer’s memoir spotted glaring inconsistencies. Famed Hollywood writer/producer/director, Aaron Sorkin who was a guest lecturer at L.A.’s American Film Institute Conservatory on Thursday May 14, helped an aspiring screenwriter propose to his girlfriend.
