Spanish authorities seize stuffed endangered animals including elephant, cheetah and a lion worth £24,000,000

Spanish authorities have seized a huge collection of more than 1,000 endangered stuffed animals from a warehouse in Valencia. The country’s national police force, Guardia Civil revealed the haul is one of the largest ever to be found in Europe, and is worth a whopping £24 million on the black market. Canadian authorities launch investigation after 38 French bulldog puppies are found dead in plane cargo

Canadian authorities have launched an investigation after 38 puppies were found dead on a Ukranian plane at Toronto, Canada.    At least 500 puppies were on board the Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) plane at Toronto Pearson Airport but 38 of them died, Canadian officials said on Sunday.   Abby Lorenzen, a dog carer who was picking up another animal from the airport cargo area where the puppies were discovered, branded the sight of the dead dogs a ‘horror scene’.
