All of you are just shouting they should dispose their refuse properly,where do you want them to put it when the government failed to create a room for such,no proper dumping site,no recycling plant,no disposable truck and more.if Dy decide to burn it,the same government will penalize them for destroying the ozone layer or causing air pollution.PLEASE THINK WISELY BEFORE COMMENTING
