An accident that could have claimed the lives of many people occurred along the Ijora under the bridge this afternoon June 12. A gas tank attached to a truck detached itself and fell off the bridge. Thankfully, no one was under the bridge when it landed. Men of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority LASTMA have since arrived at the scene to manage the traffic resulting from the accident. Tragedy was averted last night as a mother found a snake in her son’s room before it could cause harm. A photo of the dead snake was shared with singer Nathaniel Bassey.
