The Territorial Police in Isingiro district, Uganda, has arrested a man for allegedly killing his 8-month-old son. The Rwizi Regional Police Spokesperson, ASP Samson Kasasira, identified the suspect as Monday Julias, 27, a resident of Rwenturagara cell, Kyarubambura parish.
