The Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF) has reacted to Governor Nyesom Wike’s comment in which he described the forum as a ‘beggars forum’. The Rivers state Governor had blamed the forum over the current travail of the Governor Obaseki who has been enmeshed in a long drawn battle with the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Adams Oshiomhole. Former Lagos state gubernatorial candidate, Babatunde Gbadamosi has cautioned ”online beggars” to stop sending messages to his inbox to demand that he gives them his hard-earned money amid the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.
