The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Kano State Command, has arrested two security guards for raping a 13-year-old girl in Kumbotso, Local Government, Kano State. The NSCDC Commandant, Abu Abdu, who confirmed the incident to newsmen, said the security guards are aged 56 and 65. According to Abu, the suspects confessed that they usually cajole the little girl with N200 whenever they want to sexually assault her. 56 Nigerians who were stranded in Pakistan due to the Coronavirus pandemic, have been evacuated to Nigeria. They arrived in the country this afternoon Friday, June 19. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffery Onyeama, who disclosed this on his Twitter handle, wrote ”Eventually, 56 Nigerians and 4 Pakistanis were safely evacuated from Islamabad to Abuja on a chartered aircraft operated by TARCO AVIATION Co.
