The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Kano State Command, has arrested two security guards for raping a 13-year-old girl in Kumbotso, Local Government, Kano State. The NSCDC Commandant, Abu Abdu, who confirmed the incident to newsmen, said the security guards are aged 56 and 65. Mr Kehinde Ayoola, the Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources in Oyo state, has died. He was 55 years old. Ayoola fell ill two weeks ago and was on admission at a private hospital around Iyaganku, Ibadan where he died today May 14.
