The soundtrack to Gaspar Noé’s controversial new film Climax has been announced. The CD version arrives on September 28, with the 2xLP vinyl following on October 5 (both via Milan Records). The film and soundtrack feature a new song from Daft Punk’s Thomas Bangalter called “Sangria,” as well as his previously released track “What to Do” and Daft Punk’s “Rollin’ and Scratchin’” (which is in the movie but not on the soundtrack). Also included are Aphex Twin’s “Windowlicker,” Giorgio Moroder’s “Utopia – Me Giorgio,” Soft Cell’s “Tainted Love/Where Did Our Love Go,” and more. Check out the Climax tracklist, along with the cover art for the CD and LP versions, below; scroll down for the movie trailer.

Climax, which screened at Cannes Film Festival, follows a dance party that devolves into chaos. It hits French theaters on September 19. The movie will be distributed by A24 in the United States. Bangalter previously worked with Noé on his 2002 film Irreversible and 2009’s Enter the Void.
