No other officers have been charged with wrongdoing in the incident. It remains unclear why the suspect was initially placed under arrest. Footage of the incident, which showed the handcuffed being struck by Ritter while inside a police cruiser, was released to the public by the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office on Saturday. ‘I didn’t resist. … I ain’t resist at all,’ the man pleads with officers as the clip begins. ‘This b***h just slammed me on my head and put his knee, kneed me in my face,’ the suspect continues.
